End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and GSB Pro for the GSB Pro software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, GSB Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for your personal or business trading system development
• Access updates and support services during your active subscription period

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
• Use the Software to provide services to third parties
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent license validation or copy protection mechanisms

4. Subscription Terms

GSB Pro is provided as subscription-based software. Your access to the Software is contingent upon maintaining an active, paid subscription. Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, your right to use the Software terminates immediately.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. GSB Pro and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of GSB Pro.

6. Trading Results and Data

You retain ownership of all trading systems, strategies, and data you create using the Software. However:

• Systems are created for your personal use only
• You may not sell or distribute systems created with GSB Pro as commercial products
• You may use systems for your own trading or share them freely (non-commercially)

7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GSB PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding trading results or profitability
• Warranties that discovered systems will perform in live trading

8. Trading Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• Systems discovered by GSB Pro are based on historical data
• Historical performance is hypothetical and has inherent limitations
• No representation is made that any system will achieve profits or avoid losses
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
• GSB Pro is a research and development tool, not investment advice

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GSB PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Updates and Support

GSB Pro may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. You agree that updates may automatically download and install. Support is provided to active subscribers on a reasonable-effort basis but is not guaranteed.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically without notice if you:

• Fail to comply with any term of this EULA
• Cancel or allow your subscription to lapse
• Violate intellectual property rights

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GSB Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and GSB Pro concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. This EULA may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of GSB Pro.
